HIFU is an innovative solution to lift and rejuvenate the face quickly without side effects that interfere with social life.
How does HIFU work?
HIFU is the acronym for High Intensity Focused Ultrasound.
This device, thanks to high intensity ultrasound energy, penetrates under the few mm of dermis layer without any adverse effects for your skin. A thermo coagulation then occurs, generating a production of elastin and collagen, which allows a tensioning of the cutaneous and subcutaneous tissues (face, neck and décolleté).
It is therefore a modern non-invasive face and neck lifting technique with a major advantage: no scalpel, no injection!
The result: rapid remodeling and firming without risk of injury.
Indications for HIFU
They are many and varied for the face and neck:
- Face lift
- Neck lift
- Oval face
- Toning and skin rejuvenation
- Eye contour
- Ring and goose leg
- Upper lip
- Eyebrows and upper eyelids
- Patients not compatible with hyaluronic acid or botulinum toxin
- Patients who do not want a surgical facelift.
Course of a session
During a consultation, Dr. Christophe Desouches establishes the approach to be adopted according to your wishes.
Generally, one or two sessions are enough.
Their duration is between 15 and 45 minutes depending on the extent of the areas to be treated.
The procedure is painless but sometimes a few patients may experience mild discomfort.
The resumption of social activity is immediate, none.
After a few weeks the first results are visible. It will take 4 to 5 months for the final results.
