When deciding to place breast implants, the question of the post-operative scar arises. Several approaches are possible: the submammary approach: the post-operative scar will be at the level of the fold which is under the breast, the areolar approach: the scar is then around the mammary areola, the axillary approach: the passage of the prosthesis is done at the level of the armpit and the scar is consequently minimal and very discreet. The choice of an axillary approach during breast augmentation surgery will offer a particularly natural and aesthetic result.
