The cosmetic surgery treatment proposed by Dr Christophe Desouches is a light intervention using a major innovation: the Nanofat.
Skin rejuvenation with Nanofat
Stem cells are at the heart of this intervention. They are naturally present in our body and in particular in our fatty tissue. Capable of evolving into any type of cell, they allow, among other things, to regenerate the skin. They improve the quality of the epidermis by acting in depth on collagen and elastin.
They have the other major advantage of being perfectly tolerated since they come from our own body: no risk of rejection reaction.
Nanofat is a fluid emulsion (to allow skin injection) made from fat from the patient's own body. This so-called autologous fat is then filtered and treated to create a product extremely rich in active agents (including stem cells) which will be injected under the skin areas to be treated.
Nanofat results
With Nanofat, Dr Christophe Desouches rejuvenates the skin of his patients and slows down aging. It is a cosmetic surgery procedure that concerns the face, the eye area, the neck or the décolleté.
Procedure for a stem cell injection
Local anesthesia is sufficient.
Dr Christophe Desouches injects the Nanofat under the superficial layers of the skin with fine needles. The goal is to create a thin layer of Nanofat under the skin area to be rejuvenated, so that the stem cells can act uniformly.
In some cases, it is possible to combine this rejuvenation with another cosmetic surgery action such as a facelift or a peel.
It takes 1 hour on average to perform the procedure.
The aftermath of the treatment
The intervention is almost painless.
Following the operation the patient has no scar, however edema appears for two days and bruises may possibly be present for ten days.
Return to work can be done immediately the next day.
